My Vegan BB-Q
I cook a lot. Der. Most of the time I cook for my family and close friends and we all LOVE to BB-Q. This time my family and I were at our house at the Lake of the Ozarks and we had one such meal. Check out some pictures, recipes to follow!
I will have to check on brands but there is vegan 'chicken' strips, which I am told is VERY close to the real texture/taste and the other is seitan. The brand of seitan is found here:
I mixed them with my favorite bbq sauce, a little garlic, finely chopped onion and some olive oil... SOOOO good, I think I am going to have to do it tomorrow for dinner!

I'm so curious, whats the first and the last photograph. I've never been to a vegetaian BBQ, let alone a Vegan one!
